Prior to joining Deo Condominium Lawyers, Amrit worked at the provincial government, gaining experience with a range of civil litigation and transactional matters. Amrit brings this versatility with her, able to assist clients in a variety of areas. In 2023, Amrit earned her Juris Doctor form Queen’s University, where she also had earned a Honors Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 2019. Amrit’s background in Political Science provides her with the skills to analyze situations on both a large and small scale, and develop effective strategies to provide solutions. During her time at Queen’s University, Amrit worked as a caseworker for Queen’s Legal Aid, supporting clients with Landlord and Tenant Board and Small Claims Court matters, though this time Amrit refined her approach to provide individualized, client-focused services. In her free time, Amrit enjoys yoga, reading literature, and cooking.
