We are currently recruiting senior lawyers, mid-calls and early-calls to join our top tier condominium law firm. The positions are full-time permanent positions. The candidate should also be able to navigate complex situations and deliver results with confidence and professionalism.

Compensation:

Deo Condominium Lawyers offers attractive compensation that matches or exceeds standards typically found at larger firms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Draft, review and negotiate contracts, bylaws and other numerous other legal documents.
  • Strategically counsel condominium clients, including overseeing corporate meetings and coordinating with other professionals, such as auditors, engineers, and more.
  • The practice involves litigation, corporate, and transactional work.
  • Full carriage of litigation matters in various areas of law and dispute resolution forums, including, but not limited to, large value construction deficiency matters, Tarion warranty disputes, the Condominium Authority Tribunal, the Superior Court of Justice, the Human Rights Tribunal etc.

What You Can Expect:

In this role, you can expect to handle a variety of corporate and transactional work, including large-scale contract negotiations, and the drafting and review of condominium corporations’ governing documents. You will provide strategic legal counsel on complex matters and collaborate closely with clients and other professionals, such as auditors and engineers, to ensure seamless execution and compliance with legal requirements.
